Our aim is to provide an alternative to estate agents and other web based marketing companies by providing completely free advertising with no time restrictions. Buyers and tenants simply contact you direct, 3up2down play no part in negotiation or communication between advertisers and property seekers, you could potentially save thousands of pounds in the process. Our motto is "Find your home - from home". It is a fact that more people now prefer using the Internet from the comfort of their home to shop online.

When you place an advert on 3up2down certain personal information and data will be captured and stored electronically on our database.
You take full responsibility for the content of your advert, including any amendments we make in order to get your advert approved by our internal editors. You can also change any your details held by 3up2down at any time simply by logging onto your account.
